Squire is seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite implementations and be able to work across various industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, and software. The role requires a generalist who understands NetSuite holistically and can manage the entire process from evaluation to implementation.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client needs and manage the full lifecycle of NetSuite implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design customized NetSuite solutions tailored to their specific business needs.
• Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of NetSuite solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with client teams to train and guide them on the effective use of NetSuite applications.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions and recommendations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation projects, ensuring clear communication and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

• Proven experience in NetSuite implementations, with a demonstrated ability to manage the process from start to finish.
• Generalist expertise across all areas of NetSuite, including but not limited to CRM, ERP, and financial management modules.
• Experience working with clients in diverse industries such as manufacturing, consumer products, and software.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, and proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work in US time zones and manage projects for clients primarily based in the US.
• Preferred: Background in accounting or related field; CPA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
