Overview We are looking for Reactivation Specialists (Non-Voice) to join our on-site team in Pasay. This role focuses on re-engaging inactive or low-activity players through email, in-app chat, and social messaging channels, with the goal of driving player reactivation, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience in player lifecycle engagement and is comfortable communicating in a tone that resonates with the gaming community. Key Responsibilities Reach out to inactive or low-activity players through email, in-app chat, or social DMs to encourage reactivation. Execute player retention and reactivation campaigns based on engagement stages and behavior trends. Build rapport and communicate naturally using gaming-related tone and language. Promote in-game events, offers, and updates to boost engagement and monetization. Track and analyze campaign results, including conversion, reactivation, and revenue metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to improve communication strategies and campaign effectiveness. Maintain organized and accurate player records while ensuring timely follow-ups. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in player engagement, customer retention, or lead generation (preferably in online or mobile gaming) Background in social gaming, mobile games, or casual gaming community management. Experience in email campaigns, in-app chat, or social media direct messaging. Strong communication and rapport-building skills in a player-friendly tone. Analytical mindset with the ability to understand data-driven metrics and trends. Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under performance targets.
