This role is perfect for someone with a strong graphic design foundation , a deep understanding of e-commerce workflows , and a history of working in creative or digital agencies . You\'ll be responsible for not just the technical side of Shopify but also for shaping visually compelling customer experiences that convert. Key Responsibilities: Shopify Design & Development - Build, customize, and maintain responsive, high-performing Shopify stores aligned with brand standards and customer expectations. Graphic Design & Branding - Lead the design of web assets, product pages, landing pages, and promotional materials with a clear eye for brand storytelling and high-converting visuals. Store Management - Oversee daily store operations – manage product uploads, inventory, content updates, seasonal campaigns, and performance. Email Marketing (Klaviyo) - Design and execute email campaigns that are as beautiful as they are effective, using Klaviyo and customer behavior insights. Conversion Optimization & UX - Use analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to iterate on design and layout improvements that drive results. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital channels. 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, ideally in Shopify-focused or creative/marketing agencies Advanced skills in graphic design , UI/UX principles, and digital brand aesthetics Deep knowledge of Shopify themes , Liquid , and third-party app integrations Strong working experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation) Proficiency in Figma , Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools Strategic thinker with the ability to make design decisions based on data Organized, proactive, and can work independently with minimal supervision Bonus Points For: SEO, Google Analytics, or paid ad campaign experience Motion design or video editing skills Experience managing multiple Shopify stores or client accounts Work Setup: This is a hybrid role with an on-site base at Paseo Greenfield, Santa Rosa, Laguna . You must be able to commute reliably to the office, though partial remote work is supported based on performance and collaboration needs.
