Overview Join to apply for the Senior Graphic Designer role at Marsh McLennan . This role is based in the Philippines and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office. Responsibilities Spearhead conceptualization and creation of graphics for brochures, flyers, surveys, presentations, web assets, video animations, and social media content. Keep stakeholders updated on project progress for seamless collaboration. Strategically plan and execute content, graphics, and presentations to elevate materials, products, and services. Lead the proofing and revision process for promotional materials to meet specifications at every stage of approval. Use Adobe Creative Cloud to craft layouts across materials, merging with copy to deliver compelling visual narratives. Ensure smooth transition of approved designs to production and implement workflow protocols to maintain quality and consistency. Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements to optimize internal workflows. Qualifications At least 4 years in a global corporation is highly regarded, with experience in diverse design requirements and international standards. Strong collaboration and communication skills with teams and clients. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and Microsoft Office. Understanding of Wrike or another workflow tool is advantageous.
