Overview

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end SAP SCM implementation projects, including planning,execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Defineproject scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client supplychain transformation goals.
  • Managecross-functional teams across SAP SCM modules and technicalstreams.
  • Drive project governance, risk management, andstakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with business and ITstakeholders to ensure alignment with supply chain processes.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and agile deliverypractices.
  • Oversee integration of SCM modules with S/4HANAand SAP BTP components.
  • Provide strategic input onleveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based SCMtransformation.
  • Supportpre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, andproposal development.
  • Mentorjunior consultants and project leads in SCM delivery excellence.
Required Skills
  • 10 to12 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in projectmanagement roles.
  • Strong functional understanding of SAP SCMmodules MM, SD, PP, EWM, and TM.
  • Proven experience inmanaging full-cycle SAP S/4HANA SCM implementations.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile projectdelivery.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite,and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processesincluding procurement, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing.
Preferred Skills
  • PMP,PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
  • SAPcertification in any SCM module or S/4HANA.
  • Exposureto SAP IBP, SAP Signavio, or SAP LeanIX.
  • Experiencein managing hybrid delivery models and global rollouts.
Soft Skills
  • Strongleadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical thinking andproblem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiplepriorities and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
