Foreman

Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, laborers, and subcontractors. Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks based on project plans and progress. Monitor the work performance of the team to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and timelines. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other supervisors regarding project requirements and changes. Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used on site. Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and order always. Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety policies. Report progress, delays, and any issues to the site engineer or project manager. Record daily accomplishments, manpower, and material usage in a logbook or site report. Qualifications High school graduate or vocational course in construction or related field; technical certification preferred. Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role in construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, materials, and safety regulations. Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and able to work under pressure and in various weather conditions and can work in flexible time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
