Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Management (QM) Officer to join our team. The QM Officer will support the company's Quality Management System (QMS) by ensuring processes, records, and equipment meet industry and organizational standards. This role is essential in maintaining compliance, supporting continuous improvement, and promoting a culture of quality across all departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize with the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Assist the QMR in ensuring that QMS processes are established, implemented, and maintained within the organization.
  • Assist in monitoring and controlling the continuous updating of technical records, QMS documentation, and inventory—including calibration, repair, or replacement of equipment for both main and field laboratories—in coordination with the Section Head.
  • Assist in proper documentation, filing, and storage of physical and electronic quality and equipment records.
  • Assist in ensuring up-to-date calibration and preventive maintenance of all laboratory machines and equipment.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure compliance with QMR and EQC directives.
  • Report to the QMR and EQC, including identifying needs and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the QM and EQC records area.
  • Identify and/or report risks to the QMR; may also conduct risk assessment under the supervision of the QMR.
