Responsibilities E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We are looking for a SEA Governance Operational Risk Analyst role to support root cause analysis and problem resolution management for the SEA region. Identify and assess gaps across the governance lifecycle, from policy development to enforcement, through case investigations and root cause analysis. Drive cross‑functional collaboration to align on findings, share insights, and build consensus on needed improvements. Manage and track governance programs and action items, ensuring timely execution and strengthened control mechanisms across key domains. Monitor performance of key metrics and conduct deep dive analysis when necessary. Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy across GNE operations. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. Professional experience in e‑commerce governance, policy development, moderation operations, or related domains. Solid understanding of e‑commerce compliance standards and internet governance, with strong business acumen and risk awareness. Intermediate data analysis skills (including working with datasets, and competency in Excel/spreadsheets). Advanced data analysis capabilities, including proficiency in SQL and/or Python. Preferred Qualifications Experience in listing/content moderation, or BPO operations, ideally in a QA, Team Lead, or SOP development role. Experience in AI automation or prompt engineering to support operational efficiency and decision‑making. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders. Proven experience in project or program management, particularly in cross‑functional and global environments. Demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking and a programmatic approach to monitoring outcomes and driving improvements.
