Your Mission

We are seeking a Graphic Designer for our Event & Fundraising software platform for non-profits, to help bring consistency, polish, and creativity to our marketing deliverables. This role is execution-first: you will not own the social media calendar or campaign strategy but instead will create and deliver the visuals that bring those strategies to life. You’ll work closely with our Growth/Strategy Marketer to turn campaign concepts, blog content, case studies, and event promotions into professional, on-brand designs across digital and print.

Responsibilities
  • Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, including:
  • Refresh and maintain website/landing page layouts in line with brand guidelines (design side only).
  • Maintain and update the centralized brand and marketing materials library (templates, graphics, case studies, decks, one-pagers).
  • Ensure all visuals are consistent with BetterUnite’s brand guidelines (colors, typography, templates).
  • Support internal teams (sales, events, customer success) with designed collateral as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of graphic design or marketing design experience (agency or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
  • Familiarity with web/landing page design tools (HubSpot CMS).
  • Portfolio that demonstrates strong design sense and marketing asset execution.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.

Schedule: 9AM - 5PM CST

Compensation & Benefits
  • $800 - $1200/mo. depending on experience
  • Annual bonus up to 150% of monthly salary, including $500 bonus at 90-days contingent on performance evaluation scores
  • 13th month pay
  • 16 Days PTO
  • Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
  • Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
