Job Title Junior Brand Manager Location Hybrid Employment Type Full-Time Schedule 9am-6pm About the Role We're looking for a Junior Brand Manager who can bridge creative execution with client strategy. This person will manage brand accounts end-to-end - from strategy, client communications, and campaign execution to team direction and reporting. You'll be working closely with the creative and ad teams to deliver compelling brand campaigns that drive growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management Act as primary contact for assigned clients and brands Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and reporting Prepare brand reports, campaign summaries, and performance insights Brand Strategy & Campaign Development Assist in building brand strategies and creative campaign plans Research market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to inform brand direction Translate brand objectives into actionable marketing campaigns Develop content calendars and oversee campaign timelines Content Creation & Production Oversee and participate in content creation - from planning to shoot execution Coordinate photoshoots, video productions, and creative deliverables Support editing, copywriting, and post-production as needed Ensure all outputs are on-brand and meet quality standards Team & Project Management Manage and guide a small cross-functional team (designers, creative producers, brand associates, ad strategists) Delegate tasks, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met Collaborate with other departments to ensure campaign success Pitching & Business Development Prepare and present proposals and brand pitches to potential clients Work with the leadership team on new business initiatives Identify opportunities to upsell services or expand client retainers Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, account management, social media management, advertising or related field Strong project management and client relations skills Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities Working knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management Creative mindset with strategic thinking Comfortable leading meetings and managing small teams Bonus Points If You: Have experience doing pitches and presenting to clients Have agency experience managing multiple brands simultaneously Understand paid media Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at facts & fables by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
