Short DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Triaging Ariba tickets as the first point of contact and escalating to Tier 2 as needed.
- Managing Master Data, Transactions, and Payment requests.
- Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manuals for master data management.
- Creating Ariba knowledge articles for FAQs and adding them to ServiceNow.
Experience:
- Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in related fields.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in Financial Shared Services.
