Short Description

Responsibilities:

  • Triaging Ariba tickets as the first point of contact and escalating to Tier 2 as needed.
  • Managing Master Data, Transactions, and Payment requests.
  • Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manuals for master data management.
  • Creating Ariba knowledge articles for FAQs and adding them to ServiceNow.

Experience:

  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in related fields.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in Financial Shared Services.
