OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

The Product Management Analysts are critical players in the Product Management team. The Product Management team is responsible for the in-depth analysis of the performance of products, services, channels, and processes, and then stimulating actions to improve performance in operations, sales, marketing, pricing, and other front-line functions. It is about driving the performance of existing products rather than developing new products (there is a separate team for that).

The Product Management Analysts will report to the Head of Product Management and will be responsible for gathering and analyzing product performance data and communicating actions to the functions and teams who need to take action to improve performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Understand product performance data in detail — sources, meaning, implications
• Complete analysis of KPIs by product, service, process, and channel according to pre-set KPIs
• Communicate performance analysis to address issues with centers and functions
• Build and improve algorithms to run data analysis on KPIs using company data sources
• Suggest new KPIs and new ways of looking at performance to identify revenue improvement opportunities
• Work closely with different departments to improve analysis and presentation of products

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data or related field
• Minimum 2 years of data analytics experience
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• SQL; Python skills highly valued
• Excellent writing skills for detailed reports
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional time-management skills
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders with competing interests
