About the role Step into a pivotal role where you’ll be the trusted expert for all things tax and compliance in a business that’s constantly evolving. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you’ll join a high-performing group that values initiative, delivers results together, and supports each other through every challenge and change. Lead the company’s tax strategy, ensuring full compliance with Philippine tax laws and proactively manage relationships with tax authorities and auditors Oversee the accurate and timely completion of all tax returns, payments, and regulatory filings, minimizing risk and maximizing value Drive the implementation of new tax regulations and invoice requirements, keeping the organization ahead of legislative changes Champion internal compliance by leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, periodic reviews, and remediation of audit findings Collaborate on cross‑functional projects, supporting business expansion and embedding robust controls as the organization grows About You You’re a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives on challenge and takes pride in delivering results that matter. In addition to this you will have: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or equivalent finance certification 5+ years’ experience in tax, audit, or finance roles – Big 4 experience a plus Deep knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and hands‑on experience with tax accounting and compliance Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to translate complex requirements into practical solutions Adaptability and a collaborative spirit, with a genuine enthusiasm for leading projects that drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of business integrity Are you excited about this opportunity but may only meet some requirements?
