Project Manager – Senior We seek a Project Manager, Senior who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers’ personalized expectations in this new technological era. The Implementation Consultant Project Manager is the main contact for all stakeholders involved in the project. Responsibilities Facilitate and lead meetings with member firms, banks, the vendor, and the internal team. Set scoping calls and request bank and IT finance system contacts. Set bank discovery calls and liaise with IT finance. Provide the finance system file and bank specifications to Fides for analysis and triage feedback. Create Project Plans using Microsoft Projects. Coordinate activities along with Business Analysts and Implementation Consultants. Develop strong working relationships with clients, anticipating needs and communicating regularly. Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, and communications as needed to move forward in the service delivery process. Generate progress reports. Create testing plan and testing scenarios. Coordinate completion of statement of work and bank paperwork. Provide support to client after product go‑live and monitor any production issues. Expected Traits Strong organizational, analytical, mathematical, project management and customer service skills. Strong English‑speaking skills. Good attention to detail. Quick learner and enthusiastic. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening, influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines, performing high‑quality work and diligent follow up. Ability to effectively manage concurrent projects, and prioritize multiple tasks including multi‑location coordination. Ability to conduct client‑facing meetings in a professional manner. Proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and collaboratively with virtual teams. What Will Help You Succeed Minimum of 5+ years working in a professional environment. Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Microsoft Project and Jira. Experience in finance, treasury, payment systems, banking landscape, ERP systems, fintech, accounts payable. Reading and analyzing payment files. IT project experience. Experience with cross‑cultural communication is a plus. Project management, client engagement, and consulting experience is a plus.
