Recruitment Sourcing Associate

Description Responsibilities Responsible for leads generation and maintaining the ERP Facebook page Executes planned Sourcing initiatives including floorwalk, class visit, NHO, etc. to ensure 100% leads delivery May provide tactical support in all kinds of sourcing channels / projects / initiatives and may perform tasks assigned by the TA Sourcing Supervisor / TA Sourcing Manager for the accomplishment of the channel's and/or department's objectives. Maintains databases and trackers pertinent to sourcing operations to monitor and analyze recruitment/sourcing operations. Reports status, effectiveness, and quality of specific sourcing channels. Develops and fosters close relationships with employees and operations.
