Boiler Operator

Position: BOILER OPERATOR- TANAY RIZAL Salary: 700/day Type of Job: Full Time Working days and hours: Monday to Saturday – 7:30 AM till 4:30 PM With accommodation and transportation allowance during boiler installation at project site Key Responsibilities Operate and Control Boiler Systems - Start, run, and shut down boilers and auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor Equipment Performance - Regularly check gauges, controls, meters, and computer systems to monitor pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel usage. Conduct Routine Inspections - Inspect boilers, valves, pumps, and safety devices to identify and address potential issues early. Perform Preventive Maintenance - Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns, such as cleaning boiler tubes, replacing filters, and lubricating moving parts. Troubleshoot and Repair Malfunctions - Diagnose operational problems and perform necessary mechanical or minor electrical repairs. Manage Water Quality and Treatment - Test and treat boiler feedwater to prevent corrosion, scaling, and unsafe chemical levels. Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards - Follow all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a safe work environment. Maintain Accurate Logs and Reports - Document all operations, maintenance activities, readings, and incidents for accountability and compliance. Respond to Emergencies - Act quickly and appropriately during equipment failures or safety alarms to protect personnel and equipment. Coordinate with Other Departments - Work with facility staff, engineers, and management to ensure seamless operations and address issues promptly. Qualifications Experience in steam boiler operation (fuel: diesel, oil, biomass and gas) Knowledgeable in the whole process of steam boiler High school graduate/ Vocational/ College graduate Must be willing to commute or be assigned in Tanay, Rizal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
