ATM Deployment Officer

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ATM deployment, field service, or related technical operations. • Experience in site identification and assessment (2–3 years) is a strong advantage. • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with ATM systems, networking, and basic IT troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities : • Manage and monitor the complete deployment lifecycle of ATMs across assigned sites. • Ensure adherence to deployment schedules; escalate delays or issues to relevant stakeholders promptly. • Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to resolve installation-related issues. • Enforce compliance with safety protocols and operational standards during field activities. • Identify and resolve configuration issues prior to deployment. • Conduct post-deployment functional and connectivity testing to ensure ATM operability.
