Overview

Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary. Prepare cost analysis of the project. Assist supervisor in the review/evaluation of project proposals and quotations. Supervise projects and coordinates with the project team/contractor to ensure adherence to standard and specification. Tracking project progress, monitor work plan execution and prepare project related reports. Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions. Ensures the execution of service contract according to contractual agreement.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of vocational related course or college graduate is an advantage
  • Must possess good judgement, decision-making skills and disposition; driving skills and a driver license; possession of a motorcycle is an advantage
  • At least one year related experience; literate in MS Office applications, Word and Excel
  • Adequate written and oral communication skills
  • Has adequate knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; must have high energy and no working hours restrictions; must be result driven using hands-on approach
  • Highly motivated and customer oriented
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Good all around practical skills
  • Good problem solving and calculations skills
  • Must possess self confidence and interpersonal skills
