Support global sustainability advisory projects, create client reports, and collaborate with international teams at a leading ESG solutions provider.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with U.S. and European colleagues to support client work, including benchmarking analyses, preparing disclosure guidance, identifying best-in-class disclosure examples, and reviewing draft disclosures.
  • Generating and quality-checking client reports and other deliverables.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of new client deliverables as the scope of work increases.
  • Developing expertise on ISS ESG data and exploring new ways to utilize it for clients.
  • Working on special data collection projects and supporting client engagement.
  • Collaborating with ISS Corporate Solutions’ Analysts and Advisors on sustainability content and advisory services.
  • Working on client-facing projects with team members in the United States and Europe.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or any related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Tech savvy with intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn complex concepts and technical subject matter.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across organizations.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills.
  • Preferred experience with ISS ratings, GRI, SASB, or other market standards and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability reporting frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Willingness to work in Makati City on a dayshift schedule (8:30 am–5:30 pm, Manila Time) and a hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days onsite per week).
