Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/ Accounting Related Courses
  • Good communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to write audit reports in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail oriented and conscientious
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals at different levels of the organization
  • Can work with minimal supervision and with confidentiality
  • Has sound understanding of risk management concepts and internal control system or frameworks
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Accounting Standards
  • Knowledgeable in technology tools such as MS Office and Medical/Accounting System

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development of audit plan and audit program based on the results of preliminary risk assessment in accordance with the company\'s internal audit methodology.
  • Reviews, documents, evaluate and tests manual and automated systems and controls to determine their existence, adequacy, effectiveness and continuity.
  • Will also perform individual audits, in accordance with the annual audit plan, to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
  • Communicates and reports on control deficiencies noted, non-compliance with internal policies and procedures, laws, regulations, service agreements and contracts.
  • Monitors the status of audit recommendations and appraise the adequacy of actions taken on audit findings and recommendations.
  • Identifies training needs with respect to auditing approaches, tools and techniques and remain current through an ongoing commitment to participation in learning and development.
  • Develop and maintains professional relationships with colleagues.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned.

  • Perform auditing for corporate operations, finances and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements
  • Maintain all audit work papers and reports for reference purposes
  • Notify audit issues to Managers
  • Perform assigned audit activities timely and effectively

Job Qualifications :

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy/Accounting Technology or BS in Internal Audit
  • Excellent in oral and written report
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to start ASAP
