Principal BDC Business Process Consultant SAP Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Principal BDC Business Process Consultant Expectations & Tasks Ability to scope and deliver an end-to-end Analytics services Deliver expertise and strategic advisory to help customers develop analytics roadmap and strategy that ties into a customer’s vision and business imperatives. Bring strong thought-leadership and cloud mindset with clear understanding of cloud concepts and cloud architecture in order to help SAP customers on their journey to the cloud. Articulate and lead analytics business use case discovery working with business users at all levels Lead the design, build and deployment of analytics and data management solutions for SAP customers Ability to work as a visualization expert to recommend the best visualization stories for a customer’s business KPI's Contribute to the solution knowledge base with specific areas of expertise, develop and document enterprise knowledge in the form of technical articles, and best practices Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution-focused, self-starter. Willingness to participate in the sales process, if needed, as a subject matter expert Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields Personal Skills and Requirements Experience in SAP BTP solutions like SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud with at least 10 years of solution lead skills Strong work ethics, driven, dependable, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure situations Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution-focused, self-starter. Possess more than 15 years of data warehousing skillset and has led at least 4 Data Analytics projects. Willingness and ability to learn quickly new cloud-based solutions for Data & Analytics, but also eager to stay on top of technology innovations and to continuously learn Technology skills with SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud or SAP SAC is a requirement for this role Data science-related skills like Machine Learning are plus Customer Facing Skills Excellent interpersonal, strong verbal and written communication and solid presentation and negotiation skills Ability to inspire confidence and work with all levels of client and internal staff. Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations to a non-technical audience. Ability to present complex information in a clear and precise manner with a non-technical audience Ability to capture customer requirements and translate them into software specifications Ability to lead a technical team.
