Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the worldYour role purpose is to enable effortless home improvement through supporting tradies to build and expand their businessesYour role is to work directly with the Business Development team to identify prospects that will compliment our market driven tradie marketplace. This will be done by setting high calibre appointments with large scale SME trades businesses through a ‘hunting’ prospecting list. Your role is to source contacts with key decision makers and sell them the benefits of the hipages platform. As part of a new sales channel, you will work alongside the BDM to target and grow your own portfolio and ready them for handover to the Account Management channel. You know you are successful when you are working tandemly with the BDM targeting and bringing on board medium sized enterprises that can best service a particular geography and category based on our market balance , meeting and exceeding appointment setting and individual sales targets and KPIs. **How you will add value** * Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly appointment KPI’s and sales targets (essential)* Comfortable with cold calling and Business Development conversions to introduce our product and services to SME customers across varying categories and geographic regions* Making a high volume of outbound calls, predominantly prospecting to introduce our product and services in order to make qualified appointments* Explaining the key benefits of hipages with potential clients in high demand areas* Handling customers objections (essential)* Work on building your own sales target list of smaller SME businesses that will compliment our acquisition model.* Closing the sale and signing up new customers over the phone, via Zoom sessions or face to face (if required)* Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge and collateral / presentation materials* Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that client’s needs are met* Effective note taking on all client interactions and input into CRM system**Competency Level****Functional Competencies*** The Sales Experience: Proactively maintains your own sales pipeline, driving personal sales to meet targets. Provides alternate recommendations as required* The Service Experience: Maintains firm positions with demanding clients* Sales Management Operations: Analysis multi-data sets to identify and optimise opportunities to drive sales revenue* Sales Drive: Invests high levels of commitment, energy and determination at all times to drive sales, and is very willing to work considerably extended hours* Sales Resilience: Maintains high levels of morale in the face of difficulties. Remains upbeat about the future at all times**Behavioural Competencies** * Communication: Presents effectively to others during the formal public speaking, making effective use of prepared materials and visual aids. Structures the communication well, making good use of summaries and restatements* Relationship Building: Considers the concerns, feelings and expertise of others to improve collaboration* Planning / Organising: Organises resources and activities to meet short-term and medium-term plans* Commercial Acumen: Identifies key drivers and commercial opportunities within their department**Your Experience*** 1 year experience in sales prospecting over the phone, confidence to deliver value propositions, sales conversations based on BNA (Business Needs Assessment), appointment setting skills and ability to build and close pipeline* Confident in face to face (including zoom) sales meetings with key decision makers**Who you will be working with*** Working alongside a new BDM team, your role will be crucial for the growth of the channel including: sourcing contacts and making qualified appointments in key markets.**Success Profile**In the first 3 months, the successful incumbent is expected to have delivered:* Have built a solid understanding of the hipages platform and be able to use this knowledge to maximise sales conversion rates and revenue* Be competent with the CRM system and be able to use it to effectively manage your sales pipeline* Have a basic understanding of the hipages journey after they’ve signed up onto the platform* Have a basic understanding of the Sales Policy and follow the outlined guidelines* Be an expert in selling the benefits of hipages to tradies* Have developed a basic understanding of the Licensing requirements for each state and use this knowledge to ensure we only let qualified tradies onto the hipages platform* Be an expert in selling the benefits of hipages to tradies* Regularly met and exceeded weekly sales targets and KPI’s* Understand the marketplace efficiency drive and prospective clients specific to your role* Have acquired customers as part of ‘hunting’ target list in line with the program initiatives* Have made successful appointment setting for BDM’s and yourself as a BDCIn the first 6 months, the successful incumbent is expected to have delivered:* Be an expert on the hipages platform and use this knowledge to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue* Be an expert in the CRM System and use it to maximise sales results* Be an expert in the Sales Policy and consistently follow the outlined guidelines* Be an expert on the hipages customer journey for tradies after they sign up and be able to articulate this to tradies when needed* Be an expert on what Licenses are required in each state* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s* Have a regular cadence with the AM team to ensure successful delivery of new clients into the top tier of clients you are acquiring* Collaborate with BDM team to be strategic and tactical to achieve business and team goalsJoin the A-Team and experience the A-LifeAcquire Intelligence is an award-winning, global business outsourcer with 10,000 staff and over 16-years’ experience in delivering intelligent contact center and back-office functions for global businesses across many industries including telecommunications, banking and financial services, insurance, media, education and retail.
