Adjunct Faculty – No-Code Automation in HR Location: Remote Engagement Type: Part-time / Contractual About the Role We are inviting applications from experienced HR technologists and automation practitioners for the role of Adjunct Faculty – No-Code Automation in HR . The selected faculty member will be responsible for designing and delivering content that empowers HR professionals to automate processes and workflows using no-code/low-code tools. The role combines content creation with instruction delivery through recorded sessions and live teaching, focusing on making automation accessible to a non-technical HR audience. Key Responsibilities Design module content on no-code automation principles and HR applications. Develop demonstrations and exercises using popular no-code tools (Zapier, Airtable, AppSheet, Make). Deliver engaging lectures on: Introduction to no-code/low-code platforms HR automation use cases (leave approvals, onboarding workflows, approvals) Form creation, auto-emailers, and triggers for connected tools Create templates and case studies to help learners build functional HR automation workflows. Record high-quality video sessions and conduct live, interactive webinars. Educational Qualification Master’s degree (minimum) in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields. Core Expertise HR Process Automation, Workflow Design, and HR Tech Integration. Hands‑on experience with no-code platforms and workflow optimization tools. Familiarity with automation design thinking and digital transformation in HR. Professional Experience 10+ years of professional experience in HR operations, HR technology, or process excellence roles. Experience implementing or managing HR systems using no-code/low-code tools. Prior teaching, training, or public speaking experience preferred. Ideal Faculty Persona HR professional or HR tech specialist with strong problem‑solving and design‑thinking skills. Able to simplify technical concepts for non‑technical learners through relatable HR use cases. Comfortable with remote video recording and virtual delivery formats.
