Senior Project Engineer The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for facilitating day-to-day activities to keep organizational and operations processes flowing smoothly and effectively. They supervise staff members, monitor projects, dispatch, mobilize, oversee logistics and delivery of materials, devices, equipment and machines, organize meetings with concerned departments, prepare necessary reports, and perform general administrative duties of the group. Responsibilities Planning and Preparation: Prepare detailed project plans, monitor them, collaborate with sales team, analyze delivery needs, review and approve project scope, monitor resource availability, coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing Group, ensure permits and related documents are secured. Operations and Project Management: Oversee day‑to‑day project activities, coordinate schedules, deliver projects on time and within scope, manage scope changes, minimize risks, monitor performance of project team and subcontractors, set performance goals, maintain client communication, manage inventory of consumables, establish customer relationships. Cost Monitoring: Oversee, monitor and control costs of all projects, update cost monitoring reports. Reports and Documentation: Prepare and analyze monthly and periodic reports, review documentation, monitor testing forms and billing documents, forward to billing processing. Health and Safety Management: Reinforce health and safety protocols at project sites, monitor H&S matters with Safety Officer and EHS Department. Qualifications Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, preferably licensed. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position in project management.
