Overview Cost Accounting Officer at Jollibee Group. The Cost Accounting Officer is responsible for reviewing financial and balance sheet accounts, conducting variance analysis, standard costing, transfer pricing, budgeting, and forecasting. This role requires willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Canlubang, Laguna. Responsibilities Review significant variances on major profit & loss and balance sheet accounts. Update system set-up of standard cost and transfer price tables. Gather and maintain actual data on manpower costs and operations provision. Participate in cross-functional projects within the supply chain and provide insights on financial impact. Gather, validate, and process data using financial analysis tools. Gather, organize, and maintain historical data related to budget preparation and identify one-time off and recurring transactions. Gather and maintain current and historical financial data needed in the preparation of financial reports. Track internal orders of capital expenditures and conduct inventory counts. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent. At least three (3) years of work experience in product cost accounting or cost management. At least three (3) years of work experience in production or inventory planning operations in a food manufacturing industry. Licensed CPA or CIA is preferred. Good communication skills (oral and written), with leadership abilities. Ability to work with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
