Megawide is currently seeking an innovative and result-driven MEPF Manager who will oversee all aspects of MEPF works on site (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection) and be responsible for ensuring construction services meet set standards of quality, project specifications and customer requirements. Responsibilities Manage daily MEPF operations Ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency of the project Be well-versed in design processes, possessing excellent coordination skills with 3rd party designers, peer reviewers, client representatives and local consultants Ensure compliance on the MEPF bidding proposal and submissions, including client requirements, communications and other documentation Provide recommendations and strategies to resolve project issues related to MEPF Be well-versed in MEPF installation processes, methodologies and workflow Ensure that power and water utilities are in place Be responsible for delivering site installations based on client contract and FCD plan Lead and manage engineers and supervisors as direct reports, demonstrating above-average management and leadership skills Job Qualifications Graduate of BS Mechanical, preferably licensed Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed Minimum of 10 years of experience handling Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection (MEPF) in the Construction Industry Minimum of 5 years experience at the managerial level Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Engineering, Management, and Other Industries: Construction, Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Megawide Construction Corporation by 2x.
