The Finance Specialist is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for supporting the company's daily financial operations and contributing to data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy of financial records, assisting in compliance, and helping to improve our financial processes to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily finance operations to ensure timeliness and accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
  • Assist in preparing financial and management analyses to provide insights that aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Help ensure compliance with tax laws, including the preparation and submission of tax returns and other government requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems, policies, and processes to enhance efficiency and control.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Makati City.
