Technical Skills Programming Languages: Java, Kotlin Integrated Development Environment (IDE): Android Studio Android SDK: Understanding of core Android components such as Activities, Services, Broadcast Receivers, and Content Providers; familiarity with Android libraries and frameworks UI/UX Design: XML for UI design; Material Design principles; designing responsive layouts for various screen sizes Version Control: Git and platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket Backend Integration: RESTful APIs; JSON and XML for data exchange Databases: SQLite; Room Persistence Library; Firebase Testing: JUnit; Espresso; Integration Testing Performance Optimization: Memory management; Battery usage optimization; Code efficiency Security: Data encryption; Secure coding practices Third-Party Libraries: Retrofit; Glide/Picasso; Dagger/Hilt Build Tools: Gradle Soft Skills Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and debugging skills Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Team Collaboration: Experience working in agile/scrum environments; collaboration with cross-functional teams Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and frameworks Additional Skills Knowledge of New Technologies: Jetpack Compose; MVVM architecture CI/CD: Tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions #J-18808-Ljbffr
