As a Graphic Designer , you'll support our growing marketing team in delivering an exceptional range of creative outputs that communicate AAT's innovation, craftsmanship, and passion for the underwater world. Why This Role Is Unique This is not a narrow studio job — it's a creative playground spanning an extraordinary variety of design challenges: Global marketing materials – brochures, presentations, world-class tender documents, digital assets, and brand storytelling tools. Trade shows and events – exhibition displays, signage, merchandise, and promotional materials that showcase AAT on the world stage. Brand experience – applying AAT branding across uniforms, building signage, factory installations, and even manufactured products. Sponsorships and campaigns – visuals that support partnerships, community initiatives, and brand visibility. Digital creativity – supporting social media, website content, and digital marketing tools. You'll work with stunning photography captured from AAT's projects at zoos and aquariums around the world — helping transform these images into powerful visual stories. Your Role Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you'll assist in designing, preparing, and managing a wide portfolio of branded materials that support AAT's marketing, business development, and internal communications globally. You'll collaborate with creative, technical, and executive stakeholders to ensure every design meets AAT's world-class standards for clarity, quality, and consistency. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Strong sense of composition, layout, and visual hierarchy and storytelling. Interest in both print and digital production workflows. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word templates as well as SharePoint and OneDrive . Knowledge on any project management tool. Attention to detail and pride in visual polish. Bachelor's degree or vocational course in Graphic Design, Visual Communication , or related field. Around 2 or so years of experience (or a strong portfolio showing creative potential). A positive, curious attitude and eagerness to learn professional brand management.
