Responsibilities the Calculation Application Support Engineer will assure a determining role in supporting, setting up, deploying and upgrading Calculation Application software and related components for all customers worldwide starting with DEO / GDP platforms and Export laboratories located in Fast Growing markets. Qualifications Bachelor of Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field At least 5 years’ experience in IS support and maintenance, Business Analysis maintenance, System analysis or related fields. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations Ability to understand the business constraints Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations Available for emergencies on-call support rotations with other team members Capacity of problem analysis, capable of learning by himself/herself and self-motivated Good interpersonal skills, intercultural Intermediate Technical Skill on IIS, XML, MS SQL DB Amazon (Cloud Computing -AWS) (would be advantaged) Requires excellent computer skills and ability to use available technical tools Knowledge in network configuration would be a plus Learning on the fly Customer oriented and good teamwork #J-18808-Ljbffr
