Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Reporting Analyst to support our Digital Recruitment team. This role is responsible for building reports, developing dashboards, and producing data-driven presentations to support strategic and operational talent acquisition decisions.

The ideal candidate must have advanced reporting and Excel skills , be highly proficient in PowerPoint for executive storytelling , and demonstrate strong analytical thinking. This role will report to the Analytics Manager Digital Recruiting or Reporting Lead Digital Recruiting and collaborate closely with recruiters, operations, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards to track funnel metrics, source performance, and conversion trends
  • Prepare visually compelling and accurate PowerPoint decks for internal reviews and leadership presentations
  • Conduct data validation and QC to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting outputs
  • Translate business requirements into actionable data visualizations and summaries
  • Work with large datasets across various platforms (ATS, CRM, assessment tools)
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from the recruiting and operations teams
  • Support automation of recurring reports using tools like Excel formulas/macros or SQL queries

Skills Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or recruitment analytics
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.)
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills , with a strong focus on executive-level storytelling
  • Experience working with large datasets and producing clean, insightful visuals
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, HR, or a related field
