Discover more about us here: We are looking for a Telco Solutions Architect to take full ownership of the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our in-house voice infrastructure. This includes all systems integrated with our custom dialer and enterprise wide IP Telephony and Contact Center environments. You will play a critical role in shaping a scalable and resilient telecommunications architecture that supports our business growth. The role is ideal for someone who has built telco systems from the ground up and is comfortable working independently across the full solution lifecycle. What You'll Do Design and implement custom VoIP and telephony infrastructure Design and optimize SIP-based communication systems using open-source platforms (e.g., Kamailio, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH) Collaborate with external SIP trunk providers, ISPs, and telco partners for interconnects, number provisioning Monitor system performance, call quality, and availability across all voice components Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of outages or performance degradation What We're Looking For 5+ years experience in VoIP and telco infrastructure design and support Hands-on experience with open-source VoIP platforms (Kamailio, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH) Strong understanding of SIP protocol , RTP, SDP, SIP responses, and call flow debugging Proven ability to integrate and troubleshoot SIP trunks, SBCs, PBX systems, and media gateways Experience with Linux systems, VoIP monitoring tools, and scripting/automation Excellent communication and documentation skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering, Information Technology, and Product Management Industries Banking Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Billease by 2x Get notified about new Solutions Architect jobs in Philippines . #J-18808-Ljbffr
