• Keeps computer systems running smoothly and ensures that users get the maximum benefit from them
• Installs and configures computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks

• At least one year of working experience in IT
• Tier 2 or Tier 3 Contact Center Engineer
• Knowledge of Network cabling and cable management
• Experience configuring router and firewall appliance
• IP Management skills
• Knowledge of VOIP is a plus
• Basic English communication skills
• CRM knowledge (Salesforce, Zoho); Active Directory knowledge (all platform is a plus)
• Technical requirement: High speed and stable internet connection; a modern laptop/desktop with headset and mic; quiet workspace; power and internet backup
