Key Responsibilities Designing and optimizing delivery routes, considering factors like delivery time windows, vehicle capacity, and customer locations. Managing the execution of routes, including tracking driver progress, managing inventory on vehicles, and handling returns or exchanges. Processing route data, generating reports, and settling payments related to deliveries. Ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules like Transportation Management (TM) for route planning and SAP S/4HANA Sales for order management. Setting up and maintaining master data for customers, routes, visit plans, and other relevant data for DSD routes. Identifying and resolving issues related to LMD processes, ensuring smooth operations. Qualifications Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study 4+ years of SAP experience In-depth knowledge of SAP SD, LE, and DSD modules is essential. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly with its logistics capabilities, is highly desirable. Experience with route planning and optimization tools and techniques. Experience integrating SAP with handheld devices for route execution and data capture. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders. Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues related to LMD processes. Understanding of business processes related to direct distribution and last-mile delivery.
