What is this role about?
This role will help ensure the proper administration of operational activities, especially in the Lubes bay of the handled LubeServ service workshop. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing an outstanding service experience by making meaningful connections with both new and returning customers.

What will YOU do?

• Conduct vehicle preventive maintenance services in full compliance with LubeServ customer handling procedures, including general troubleshooting.
• Drive sales and profitability of the LubeServ site through recommended automotive services and upselling of all applicable LubeServ Express Lube service packages.
• Inform customers of repairs needed, providing cost estimates and repair timelines.
• Monitor ongoing vehicle repairs and communicate status updates to customers as needed.
• Perform various tasks to deliver the highest customer satisfaction, which may include duties of a LubeServ Technician, light and heavy lifting, including tires and wheels, etc.

What will YOU need?

• Physically fit to work in service areas/stations.
• At least 1 year of relevant employment experience.
• Willing to be assigned in Naic, Cavite.
