We are looking for a creative and strategic Talent Video Content producer to lead the development and execution of compelling video and social media content for our talents. This role is pivotal in shaping our talent's public image through storytelling, branded content, and social-first formats. You will work closely with the Head of Video Content and talent managers to conceptualize, write, plan, and oversee content that aligns with each talent’s personal brand, career goals, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Leadership: Lead the ideation, writing and content direction for talents’ video content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Translate talent personality and brand into content formats that engage their audience. Supervise scripts, concepts, and storylines for ongoing content production
  • Video Production Oversight: Work with in-house and freelance production teams to ensure execution aligns with creative vision in helping grow audiences of Talent, together with the help of the Talent Management Department. Review video edits and give direction on pacing, tone, and overall quality. Maintain production timelines and ensure that videos of talent content are delivered on time and on brand.
  • Talent Collaboration: Collaborate directly with talents to understand their vision, preferences, and growth goals - and propose adjustments to align with the Mosaic Brand. Provide content coaching and performance feedback when needed. Ensure each piece of content is on-brand and enhances talent positioning
  • Content Strategy & Optimization: Understand the talent’s audience behaviors and motivations and identify content opportunities and trends that align with talents’ audiences and platform algorithms. Oversee the content mix per talent (episodic, evergreen, trending, branded). Work with analytics of Marketing team to review performance and optimize future content
  • Team & Workflow Management: Brief and manage creatives (writers, editors, DPs, etc.) involved in content production. Help recruit and manage a content team as the department grows. Ensure smooth workflow from concept to post-production
Key Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in content creation, video production, or digital media preferably in an agency, brand team, or production house setup.
  • Strong storytelling instincts with a background in social or influencer-driven content
  • Proven experience working with talent, influencers, or public personalities
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of video-first social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, IG Reels)
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural environments
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in onsite office work, and working with multi-cultural teams
  • Has experience coordinating between local and foreign production houses, as well as between brand teams
  • Bonus: Experience in branded content, talent management, or short-form series
  • Nice to Have: Background in directing or creative producing. Existing network of freelance creators and editors. Familiarity with the Filipino entertainment or influencer industry
