Sales Personnel or "Promodisers" are hired from the main office and assigned on per store branch basis depending on applicants' proximity to certain stores' location. The Sales Personnel are in charged of the following duties and responsibilities:
----Responsible for merchandise selling & display and must be good in sales talk to customers.
----Responsible for the selling area upkeep and cleanliness.
----Responsible for submitting correct monthly sales reports and inventory to the office.
----Responsible for ordering merchandise from head office and making sure that the selling area has full display of merchandise.
----Responsible for receiving stocks from receiving department units of the store where assigned.
----Must have keen eye for fashion trends.
----Must know how to keep records of saleable models and variant designs.
