Oanboarding Analyst

About the Role: Alldigitech Manila is looking for an Onboarding Analyst to join our growing team You’ll play a key role in helping clients open accounts smoothly and ensuring all documents meet compliance and regulatory standards. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment — this role is for you Key Responsibilities: Verify and process client onboarding documents and account applications. Conduct KYC verification in line with company and regulatory requirements. Confirm client bank account details and ensure data accuracy. Perform risk assessments and request additional documentation when needed. Communicate with clients via email to provide updates and instructions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Tag accounts as “Ready for Funding” once verification is complete. Why Join Us?
