The role involves maintaining accurate financial records in Odoo ERP and MYOB , managing project schedules and documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, suppliers, and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 , strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting are essential. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Finance Maintain accurate financial records using Odoo ERP , MYOB , and Microsoft Excel . Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier statements. Process invoices, bills, purchase orders, and provide payroll support. Prepare monthly financial summaries and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Administrative Support Organize and manage documentation within Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint). Handle project documentation, scheduling, and supplier communications. Support internal communications, document control, and onboarding documentation for new trades. Project Management Assistance Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation. Liaise with customers, trades, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Assist in system integration across Odoo , Cabinet Vision , and Microsoft 365 . Contribute to workflow improvements, automation, and data mapping initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 3 years of experience in finance and project administration, coordination , or a similar role (construction or engineering industry preferred). Proven experience in bookkeeping , administration , and ERP systems . Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP and Microsoft 365 tools. Familiarity with MYOB and financial reconciliation processes. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and project tracking tools. Strong English communication skills , both written and verbal. Demonstrates discipline, accountability, and proactive problem‑solving skills, while effectively multitasking and performing in a fast‑paced project environment. Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
