Salesforce Developer (Full‑time / Part‑time, Remote) Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines (Available in Quezon City, Pasig, Taguig, Makati) Key Responsibilities Participate in the full life cycle of projects, responsible for technical analysis and formulation of related technical solutions. Lead the technical architecture design, technology selection and implementation plan formulation. Plan and manage business architecture for core functions and common modules of the platform, ensuring stability, performance monitoring and optimization. Design overall system architecture, including security design, development, and design documentation. Lead the technical team to achieve platform architecture objectives and propose solutions to technical problems arising during development. Optimize performance of existing systems, solving key technical issues of the platform. Ensure performance, stability, scalability, and security of the system with foresight for future enhancements. Participate in the formulation of design and implementation specifications, guiding design, implementation, and deployment work. Collaborate with project managers to make technical decisions and conduct technical risk assessments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or a related field (preferred). 5 – 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with Salesforce. Experience with Lightning development projects. Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills. Team‑work oriented, positive, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated. Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is a bonus. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines. Experience with OmniStudio and Omniscript. Essential Skills Rich hands‑on experience as an architect of Salesforce project implementations. In‑depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and related front‑end frameworks (Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS). Knowledge of Triggers, Workflows, Page layouts, roles, profiles, reports & dashboards. Experience with ASP MVC, ASP Web API and integration with third‑party APIs. Familiarity with Git and other version management tools. Proficiency in Salesforce platform configuration: Profiles, Permission Sets, Flow, etc. Proficient in APEX, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Components, LWC, etc. Knowledge of IO, multithreading, distributed, collection and APIs. Familiarity with common design patterns and development principles. Experience in integration development and knowledge of Salesforce products and peripheral platform/application integration solutions. Strong understanding of AWS Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and Government Techstack.
