What You’ll Do:

The SAP Inhouse Consultant is responsible to support our business users in the area of 2nd and 3rd level support. They would also be responsible for standard change activities according business request.

The successful candidate for this role should have excellent analytical skills and an advanced understanding of SAP processes within their responsibility. The role would require the candidate to be able to work independently on tasks but equally important to be able to operate well within a team. The candidate will work closely with both IT and Business Team members from multiple departments. Internal process optimization and monitoring of interfaces are a part of the duties and responsibilities.

Job Description

The SAP Inhouse Consultant would be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities which are part of the role:

• 2nd and 3rd Level Support
• Take ownership of issue investigation and resolution / solution identification
• Application Monitoring
• Fulfill standard requests (customization, mass change of data)
• Participation in projects

What We’re Looking For:

Key Experience

• Strong experience in SAP ERP Module MM
• Good knowledge of purchasing, warehouse and supply chain processes
• Experience in SAP S/4 Hana, SAP GTS and SAP Ariba would be beneficial
• Basic Knowledge of ABAP, Debug skills
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Target and solution-oriented approach
• Advanced communication skills, both written and face-to-face
• High sense of urgency and accountability
• Advanced team participation
• Advanced conflict resolution
• Advanced self-motivation
• Advanced personal management: punctuality, attendance, and presentation
• Knowledge of escalation procedures

Qualifications

• Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in information science or computer science.
• Candidates should have extensive experience within Supply Chain Management
• Candidate should be able to understand information in different formats such as pictorial, verbal and print representations.
• Candidate should have strong analytical skills, strive for results and high personal standards of performance
• Candidate should have good communication skills and problem solving capabilities in addition to technical knowledge
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills
• Advanced and current SAP certifications (desirable)
