Join to apply for the Financial Planner role at Profitmaster Global Outsourcing We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Paraplanner with strong Xplan expertise to join our financial planning support team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with advisers, providing high‑quality technical and administrative support that ensures accurate, compliant, and client‑focused advice is delivered every time. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and supporting documentation using Xplan. Conducting research and analysis of financial products, strategies, and platforms. Modelling financial scenarios and projections aligned with client objectives. Reviewing and interpreting client data, fact finds, and risk profiles. Ensuring compliance with legislation, industry standards, and internal policies. Collaborating with advisers to clarify requirements and deliver timely advice documents. Maintaining accurate records in Xplan and supporting workflow management. Contributing to reporting and process improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Paraplanner in financial planning or wealth management. Proficiency in Xplan (essential). Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail with strong accuracy in document preparation. Strong organisational and time‑management skills to meet deadlines. Relevant financial planning qualifications (Diploma of Financial Planning or higher). Bonus Points If You Have Progress towards an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent. Knowledge of Australian financial services regulations (RG146 compliant). Experience in portfolio management and insurance advice processes. Why Join Us?
