Content Creation Support Repurposing content (turning long‑form pieces or webinars into bite‑size posts). Creating visual assets (basic Canva skills). Sourcing or organizing photo/video content. 2. Content Scheduling & Community Management Engaging with comments and messages to maintain community presence. 3. Campaign Coordination Assisting with timelines, checklists, and follow‑ups for ongoing campaigns. Collecting creative assets, testimonials, or UGC from team members. 4. Webinar/Event Support Preparing visuals, slide decks, or assets needed for the event. 5. Research & Insights Researching trends, hashtags, and content ideas. 6. Administrative & Organizational Tasks Keeping shared drives/folders organized with content assets. Updating calendars, campaign trackers, and asset databases. Supporting cross‑functional coordination (e.g., with design or sales).
