Join Aprio PH’s Growth team and contribute to helping clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Public Relations Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and executive bios.
  • Support the development of award and ranking submissions, including gathering content, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking deadlines.
  • Maintain and update media lists, editorial calendars, and PR trackers.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports on PR performance and sentiment.
  • Assist in planning and executing media events, interviews, and speaking engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Contribute to social media content and storytelling aligned with PR goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong writing and editing skills, must know AP style
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
  • Familiar with media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater) and PR Software
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative and passionate about brand storytelling
  • Experience in professional services is preferred
  • Amenable to a Hybrid Set up (2 days onsite, 3 days work from home)
  • Night shift role; open to shifting schedule based on business/client needs
