About the Role We are looking for a talented System Developer to join our dynamic team at Lucena United Doctors Hospital and Medical Center. As a System Developer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our hospital systems, ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient digital operations. This is a full-time position based in Lucena City, Quezon. What You'll Be Doing Develop, maintain, and optimize hospital systems and SQL databases to support hospital operations. Create programs, dashboards, and reports for various departments to improve workflow and efficiency. Ensure system security, data accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations. Collaborate with hospital departments to understand and address system and data needs. Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives. What We\'re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in database management and system development, preferably with BizBox. Proficiency in SQL programming and system development. Knowledge of hospital systems is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
