GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking a Billing Analyst. This position will work from 12:00 am to 9:00 AM PHT and applies only to Philippine-based legal residents and citizens. Work time will shift to better hours over time. Job Description The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst plays a key role in leading and improving the AR and Billing functions to achieve financial excellence. Reporting to the AR/Billing Manager, this position focuses on collections leadership, cash application processes, and collaboration with internal teams to meet company objectives. Responsibilities include applying cash daily, resolving system issues, managing AR aging, and conducting proactive collections efforts to ensure excellent customer service. The role involves preparing customer statements, reconciling accounts, processing non-standard billing, supporting audits and month-end close activities, and recommending actions such as adjustments or write-offs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of AR experience, expertise with ERP and CRM systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce, strong proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to communicate technical topics clearly. A bachelors degree in a business-related field is preferred, along with strong multitasking skills and a high degree of autonomy and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Lead collections activities and ensure proactive, effective communication with customers to address outstanding balances. Apply daily cash receipts and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records. Resolve AR system issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency. Prepare and distribute customer statements, managing non-standard billing as required. Reconcile AR accounts, monitor AR aging, and recommend adjustments or write-offs as necessary. Support month-end close activities and assist with internal and external audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to streamline AR and billing processes. Provide insights and recommendations for AR process improvements based on data analysis and trends. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related roles, preferably in a senior capacity. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field (preferred). Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce. Advanced skills in MS Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
