We are building our team in the Philippines, and we’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to help bridge business requirements and technology solutions in banking and financial services projects.
In this role, you’ll design, implement, maintain, and test innovative software solutions that support our clients’ evolving needs. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where learning and professional growth are a priority, with opportunities to gain expertise in both Avaloq and the financial services industry.
Your Key Tasks- Develop and implement new features based on client and internal requirements.
- Perform maintenance activities such as root cause analysis, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical support to business analysts and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain automated tests to ensure stability and quality.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (verifiable by background screening).
- Must have experience in Avaloq development with strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Java or other OOP languages, and Oracle databases.
- Experience with Avaloq Relman, ICE tools, Constellation products, and Delivery tools.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication in English.
