About the role As a Branch Manager at Bayanihan Bank, Inc., you will be responsible for leading and managing a local retail branch, ensuring excellent customer service and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, customer service, and transaction processing Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones Manage the branch team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction Monitor branch performance metrics and take corrective actions to address any issues or shortfalls Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of branch activities with the bank's overall operations Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies Contribute to the development and implementation of new products, services, and initiatives at the branch level What we're looking for Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a proven track record of successfully managing a branch Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting Thorough understanding of banking operations, products, and regulations Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field What we offer At Bayanihan Bank, Inc., we offer a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program, opportunities for career growth and development, and a supportive and collaborative work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
