Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies across various platforms: Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc., aligned with organizational goals and target audience demographics.
  • Campaign Management : Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creative development, audience targeting, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Integration with Offline Events:  Collaborate with the events team to integrate digital marketing efforts with offline events, ensuring a seamless brand presence across both digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Lead Generation and Tracking:  Monitor and track leads generated through paid marketing campaigns, utilizing CRM systems or other lead management tools to analyze lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Sales Team Coordination:  Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and handover of leads, facilitating prompt follow-up actions to nurture leads through the sales pipeline and achieve conversion goals. 
  • Content Collaboration:  Work closely with the content and research team to develop engaging and high-quality social media content that aligns with the target audience and company goals.
  • Social Media Page Management:  Manage and oversee the organization's social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and content across all platforms.
  • Creative Asset Development:  Provide guidance and input to the team on creating ad copy, visuals, and other assets for paid campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Community Engagement:  Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with followers.
  • Exploration of New Opportunities:  Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms, exploring and implementing new advertising opportunities to effectively reach and engage with target audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including all department heads, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Performance Analysis:  Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability:  Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to shifting market conditions, client preferences, and organizational priorities, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to achieve targeted outcomes and deliver value to stakeholders.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years' experience in paid marketing or media buying with Google Certifications or other digital marketing courses.
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing and SEO strategies across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) tailored to the real estate industry and specific target demographics, with a proven track record of success over at least 3 years.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven track record of using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Insights, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize ad spending and SEO efforts for maximum ROI.
  • Keyword Mastery: Deep understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies, improving organic search rankings and driving targeted traffic to real estate websites or landing pages.
  • Creative Inputs: Extensive experience in developing compelling ad copy, visually appealing graphics, engaging video content, and SEO-friendly website content that resonates with real estate audiences and drives action.
  • Technical SEO Proficiency: Solid understanding of technical SEO aspects like website speed optimization, structured data implementation, and mobile responsiveness, with a proven ability to enhance search engine visibility and user experience.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, advertising best practices, and search engine ranking factors, lead generation and conversion optimization in the real estate industry.
  • Community Building: Proven skills in fostering online communities, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally to build brand loyalty.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with sales, events, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns and seamless lead nurturing.
  • Offline Event Integration: Experience integrating digital marketing efforts with offline events, such as open houses, webinars, or industry conferences, to maximize brand reach and impact.
  • Google Analytics and CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools to track and nurture leads, analyze conversion rates, and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to stay ahead of industry trends, experiment with new platforms and advertising formats, and adapt strategies to achieve optimal results in a dynamic market.
  • Results Orientation: Demonstrated success in achieving measurable marketing goals, such as increased website traffic, lead generation, brand awareness, and ultimately, sales conversion.
