Seafarer Consultant

Responsibilities

• To look for potential manning agencies for B2B tie-up for seafarer loan
• Meet and negotiate to prospect manning agency
• Able to do field work
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and lending guidelines relevant to seafarers
• Track the performance of the tie-up, including the number of loans disbursed, repayment rates, and customer satisfaction
• Provide regular reports for potential manning agencies for B2B tie-up for seafarer loan to the directors
• Assist in promoting the seafarer loan products to the seafarers through various channels, such as presentations, informational materials, or online platforms.
• This may involve collaborating with the seafarer-related company or agency for outreach
• Commission – every successful referral, loan approved, and if got a tie-up with B2B

• Graduate, Undergraduate or retired Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) .
